COUPLES THERAPY
We all want safe and satisfying relationships. But sometimes we get stuck in cycles of conflict, mistrust, or distance. Using the principles of EFT and attachment science, we’ll uncover the feelings that brought you together and create a connection that’s more secure and more fulfilling.

GRIEF SUPPORT
Whether we lose loved ones, pets, relationships, or jobs, we will all experience grief. But sometimes we need help to process and recover. I provide the space to feel the feelings, find peace and meaning in your loss, create a new relationship with the one that’s gone, and adapt to the changes so you can live fully again.

Insurance
While I am not on any insurance panels, I do provide clients with superbills. Clients can then submit the superbill to their insurance company for possible reimbursement. If you want to know how much your insurance company will reimburse for sessions, call and ask them “What is your reimbursement rate for out-of-network mental health providers?” Be sure to find out if this reimbursement only applies after you reach your deductible.
Sliding Scale
When insurance does not reimburse, I am sometimes able to offer a sliding scale. Each case will be considered on an individual basis and the determination will depend on financial need and availability.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
